How to Withdraw Funds
To withdraw funds from your trading account, simply log in to the Client Portal and submit a withdrawal request. Requests submitted before 10:00 AM AEST / 00:00 GMT are typically processed the same business day.
For bank withdrawals, funds must be sent to an account registered under the same name as your Genesis trading account.
For card withdrawals, only the original deposit amount can be refunded to the card — any additional profits will be transferred via bank wire.
Ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.

Which withdrawal method can I use?
Withdrawals are typically processed back to the original funding source. If you used multiple payment methods, your withdrawals must be made proportionally to the amounts deposited.
What happens if I’ve made a profit?
Your initial deposit will be returned to the original payment method, and any profits will usually be transferred via bank wire for security and compliance reasons.
How long does a card withdrawal take?
We process your request within one business day. However, your bank and card processor may take 1 to 10 business days to reflect the funds in your account, depending on their internal processing times.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. For security and regulatory reasons, all withdrawals must be sent to accounts held in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Are there fees or charges to withdraw funds?
Genesis Market Capital does not charge withdrawal fees, and in most cases, we cover the sending fees on our side. However, your payment provider may apply a small transaction fee beyond our control. We recommend checking their terms for specific details.
Can I withdraw funds without trading?
We reserve the right to review, delay, or apply applicable fees to any withdrawal request from an account with no or minimal trading activity, especially where abuse of deposit/withdrawal privileges is suspected.
